State licensure as required

Shift: 3x12's 0600-1800 and opportunity for more shifts if desired

No on call or weekends required but will be required to float to MS and ICU

Must have previous ER experience

Patient Age group: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Documentation system: Meditech

Special Procedures/Unit Details: This position is mainly in the ED but would preferably like to have a traveler that would be able to flex to the M/S or ICU units if assistance is needed. Our ICU consists of 2 beds and the typical patients would include post surgical patients, DKA, overdose, detox, etc. It would be considered more of a heavy type of M/S patient and floating to the ICU would be very minimal.

Interpretation of dysrhythmias

Phlebotomy

Starting IVs

Arterial line management

Interpretation of ABGs

Isolation Precautions

Triage

No on call or weekends required

Required prior to start.

NO RTO WITHIN FIRST 2 WEEKS AND NO RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER SIGNED CONTRACT. NO EXCEPTIONS
