2 years PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience
may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

Must be AHA
Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here
Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals
Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RN’s and LPN/LVNs
Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine. Exemptions are NOT accepted for persons working in the following areas: Potential contact with pediatrics/infants, mon-immune pregnant women (L&D areas), non-immune immunosuppressed patients (oncology, transplant, etc.)
