The Registered Nurse collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health and/or the situation.
Analyzes the assessment data to determine the diagnoses or the issues.

Uses creativity and innovation in nursing practice to improve care delivery.
Identifies aspects of practice important for quality monitoring.
Uses benchmarks to measure/monitor the quality, safety, and effectiveness of nursing practice.
Uses the PDSA model to improve the quality of nursing practice and outcomes.
Participates on and/or leads interprofessional teams to evaluate clinical care or health services.
Participates in and/or leads efforts to minimize costs and unnecessary duplication.
Identifies problems that occur in day-to-day work routines to correct process inefficiencies.

Job requirements

Registered Nurse licensure in Wisconsin
BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
