General Job Duties

• Evaluate and treat patients
• Delegate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) when appropriate
• Complete all required documentation for regulatory and reimbursement requirements

Required Skills

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Valid MI or WI license based on location of work

Unit Specific Training

• Documentation system and paperwork processes
• Participation in care conference meetings

Additional Information

• BLS certification through AHA required
• Candidates must have a valid driver's license
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a PT in an acute hospital or home health setting
• Consideration for time off during the assignment must be noted
