- Physical Therapists are responsible for the evaluation of patients referred for physical therapy treatment, formulation of a treatment plan and goals, and administration of the physical therapy treatments.
- They will be active in inpatient and outpatient services, interacting with all hospital departments and medical staff.
- 1:1 Patient care with one 45 min appointment every hour.
- Performs appropriate evaluation tests and measurements based on the patients diagnosis.
- Develop treatment plans, including reassess and revise every 6 weeks or earlier based on patient's progress.
- Performs physical therapy techniques appropriate to the diagnosis.
- Demonstrates use of physical therapy modalities appropriate to the diagnosis.
- Documents progress reports for patients in a timely manner to coincide with physician follow up visits, and to assist with compliance for insurance carriers and utilization review companies for authorization and reimbursement.
- In addition to scheduled weekday and Saturday shifts, will share with other PTs coverage for in-patient care on holidays and Sundays (generally one holiday per year and Sunday coverage 6-8 times per year).

- Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy and a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California.
- Minimum of one year PT experience preferred.
