Patient to nurse ratio: 1:6
Weekend requirement: Every other
Float required within scope
Block schedule: Case by case
RTO Parameters: RTO no more than 10 days, additional 2 weeks to the assignment, no RTO during the first or last week of assignment
Must have experience with level 1 resuscitation patients

Great Staff

The staff are great and teamwork is apparent in all they do. Pay rate was pretty good. Supplies are all located in OmniCells and everything has to be pulled under patient name which can be time consuming and frustrating especially when you need something quickly and someone else is in the OmniCell or you forgot the patient’s name at the moment. For instance, hemostatic agents, sutures, etc.
