Resource must be able to work every other weekend
COOK IS A MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY
All resources are required to float at the facilities discretion
RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive
No RTO the day prior or after a holiday
No RTO on weekends

NICU unit requires 2 years of recent acute care experience
