Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Certifications Required:
- ARMRIT
- BLS
- EPIC experience required

Patient Care: May involve caring for COVID patients.

Compliance and Documentation Requirements

Background Checks

7-Year Criminal Background Check: Required within 30 days of start.
PA FBI Fingerprinting: Required within 1 year of start; results must be on file within the first 45 days of assignment.
EPLS/GSA/SAM Check: Required within 30 days of start.
HHS/OIG Check: Required within 30 days of start.

Health Documents

Physical Exam: Required within 90 days of start, signed by a qualified medical professional.
Vaccination Requirements:
- TDAP vaccine (within 10 years)
- Negative QGold or TSpot (within 90 days)
- Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (2 doses or positive titer)
- Hepatitis B (positive titer or full vaccine series)
- COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses or positive titer)
- Flu vaccination (required during flu season)

Certifications

ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC: Required as applicable.
