Job Description
- Start Date: March 17
- Shift: 4x10s, variable days of the week (including weekends) with variable start times. Schedules posted in advance on the 15th of every month.
- Call Shifts: 4-5 call shifts per month; some weeks may require coverage for 8 or 10-hour shifts.
- Daily Caseload: 4 Angio Suites and 2 ORs.
- Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
- Certifications Required:
- ARRT
- WA Rad Tech License
- First-timers Accepted: Yes
- Weekend Requirement: Yes
- On-call Requirement: Yes, 4-5 call shifts per month.
- Floating Requirement: No floating to sister facilities.
- Local Candidates Accepted: Yes
- Pending State License Accepted: Yes
- RTO Restrictions: No more than 6 days.
Special Requirements
- Neuro Interventions: Experience with stroke, coils, AVMs, and all diagnostic cerebrals.
- Cardiac Procedures: Experience with STEMI, PCI, and diagnostics.
- Vascular Procedures: Experience with run-offs, TEVAR, EVAR.
- Body Procedures: Experience with CVC, drains, and embolizations.

Certifications and Competencies
- ACLS: Required for ICU, ED, and other specialties.
- BLS: Not required for certain positions.
- PALS: Required for specific units.
- NRP: Required for neonatal care.
- Chemotherapy Certification: Required for specific units.
- CPI: Crisis Prevention Institute certification may be required.
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam: Required for RNs and LVNs/LPNs.
- Color Blind Testing: Required for all candidates.
Health Documents
- Physical Exam: Required within 1 year prior to start.
- TB Test: Negative PPD, Qgold, or Tspot within 90 days of start.
- Vaccinations:
- Tdap vaccine required within 10 years.
- Flu vaccine or declination required.
- COVID-19 vaccine tracking required, but not mandatory.
Background Check
- Criminal Background Check: Required within 45 days of start.
- References: 2 references required for all candidates.
