19 bed Neurosurgical ICU caring for acute stroke, SAH, seizures, and post surgical patients requiring invasive intracranial pressure monitoring, frequent neurological assessments, hemodynamic monitoring, and routine CT, MRI and Angio.
2-3:1 pt assignments, may need to float to other ICUs/Step downs.

Fit Test completed within 1 year of start updated annually
Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form
NIHSS Certification

UHS Education Verification confirmed
UHS Employment Verification confirmed
UHS Skills Checklist
UHS Competency Exam completed within 1 year prior to start with at least 80% score
UHS Core Competencies completed within 1 year prior to start
