Job Description

• Operate Siemens MRI equipment.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8 AM to 4 PM.
• Experience:

  • 3 years of experience preferred.
  • Pediatric (PEDS) experience preferred but not required.
• Licensure: Must have an Indiana or compact license in hand; no pending licenses accepted.
• Holidays: Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
• Local Candidates: Accepted.

• ARRT MR
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA only
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - AHA only
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) - AHA only
• CHEMO (Chemotherapy)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring)
• NIH Stroke Certification
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
• State License Verification
• Tech Cert Verification - National

Health Requirements

• Physical Exam: Completed within 12 months of the start date.
• Fit Mask: Must be tested with approved respirators.
• Drug Testing: Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen from within 12 months.
• Vaccinations:

  • Flu vaccination required for the flu season.
  • Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella vaccinations or titers required.

Additional Information

• Background Check: Required within 90 days of start.
• References: Minimum of 2 references required from recent employment.
• Skills Checklist: Required within 12 months of start and must be completed annually.
