Shift: 3x12 Nights (1900-0730)

Average Daily Census: 120. 32 Bed ED. 1:4 ratios for all shifts.

Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years experience required.

First-timers accepted: Yes.

Weekend REQ: We work every other weekend, but typically our agency colleagues work fewer than that due to the every weekend option for FT colleagues.

Is on-call REQ? No.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as needed.

Open to accommodating block schedule? No.

Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.

RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.

Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.

Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS, and TNCC.

Required Work Setting Experience: General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Level II Trauma Center.

Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills/Experience.

Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience.

Required Medication Skills/Experience.

Required Neurological Case Skills/Experience.

Required Orthopedic Case Skills/Experience.

Required Pediatric Case Skills/Experience.

Required Psychiatric Case Skills/Experience.

Required Respiratory Case Skills/Experience.

Required Shock/Trauma Case Skills/Experience.

Required Professional Topics and Skills.

Required Additional Skills/Experience.

Cerner experience preferred.

Previous charge experience preferred.

Required if requesting a Medical Exemption from flu vaccine.

<p>Physical within a year of start, and updated annually. Must be signed by MD, NP, PA, DC, or DO.</p>

<p>Flu Vaccine or approved Medical/Religious Exemption required October 1 – April 1.</p>

<p>Background Check within 30 days of start covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years, and updated annually.</p>

<p>Illinois Department of Corrections - required within 30 days of start.</p>
