RRT Needed Nights - 3/12s - 1845-0715 Every Other weekend No Call No Floating This position is one of performing Respiratory Therapy modalities in a progressive health care environment. On a day-to-day basis, the therapist will often have to perform technical procedures on complex life support systems, and make on the spot decisions that affect patient care In a wide variety of settings from neonatal to geriatric.
The therapist has the responsibility for assuring that all prescribed therapy is performed with quality. Respiratory Care Practitioner/Critical Care Respiratory Therapist
Respiratory Therapist to perform a wide range of duties including but not limited to: Ventilator management, Oxygen administration, Delivery of aerosolized medications, Secretion Management, Patient monitoring, Airway management, and Patient Instruction.

Job requirements

HS Diploma
Graduate from an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy
Exacting knowledge of all Respiratory Care equipment and its practical application
Adequate knowledge of pharmacology pertaining to all medications administered
Patient assessment and delivery of appropriate Respiratory Care per protocol and physician order
Complete and accurate documentation of all therapy performed
