The Stepdown/MS RN's will hold the stepdown/medsurg patients in the ED while they wait for a room. If they are not needed to hold patients they will float to the units.

Years of experience REQ: 2 years

Ratio: 1:6/7

First-timers accepted: No

On-Call: As needed

Weekend REQ: As needed

Open to accommodating block schedule? No, weekend block may be considered

Locals accepted: No, 100 mile radius rule

Pending License accepted: No, all travelers must be in compliance with NLC guidelines

RTO Restrictions: All RTO must included at time of submission

Special Requirements: Med Surg Exp, Stepdown Exp, Travel experience required

State License - Copy of Professional License

Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required within 1 year of start and updated annually

Core Part I, Core Part II, Core Part III required within a year of start and updated annually

Two recent professional references are required

Physical Statement required within 1 year of start
