State Registered Nursing License

Provides direct patient care to adult and geriatric patient populations.

Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment.

Communicates with physician continuously and as needed about patient condition.

Assists with the maintenance of equipment and inventory.

Assesses procedure room or equipment functioning and readiness.

Obtains supplies for individual cases and ensures all appropriate needs of the Cardiovascular Laboratory team are met.

Monitors physiologic and hemodynamic data, as related to diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the cardiovascular lab.

Monitors and records patients condition continuously while in the Cardiovascular lab.

Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.

Current BCLS (AHA), ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current; required.

One (1) year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab doing cardiac work or in a Critical Care area; required.

EPIC EMR experience required.

GE Maclab experience required.

Must score 80% or higher on the Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening.

Declinations accepted for COVID-19 Vaccine.

Proof of 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer showing immunity for MMR.

Annual Respirator fit test required.

Declinations accepted for Hepatitis B.

Flu Vaccine or declination required October 1-May 31.

Must be completed within 6 months of onboarding for TB Test.

Driver's license, State ID, or Passport required.

Declinations accepted for Varicella.

Declinations accepted for Tdap.

Documentation of previous positive TB skin test or Quantiferon required.

Must be complete within 1 year of onboarding.

National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date.

Completed after all other credentials are uploaded.

Must score 80% or higher on the Prime Specialty Exam.
