Job Description

Experience Required: At least 1 year of acute clinical experience.
Responsibilities: Expectations to float between med/surg and telemetry.
Certifications Required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

Required Credentials

Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training: Valid for 2 years.
Nursys License Verification: Must be confirmed.
ACLS Certification: From American Heart Association or Red Cross.
NIHSS Certification: Required.
Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam: Must score 80% or higher.
Driver's License/State ID: Required.
Prime Drug Screening: Minimum 10-panel test.
COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of 2 vaccines and booster required or declination completed.
MMR Vaccine: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity.
Fit Test: Annual requirement.
Hepatitis B Vaccine: Required.
