- 8 Week Assignment MUST START BETWEEN NOV 11 - DEC 11 No Holiday RTO - Must be willing to work the Holidays: Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, & New Years Day Must have min 2 years of acute facility experience. MUST have previous Level I/II trauma experience. First-time travelers ok. This is a fast paced 77 bed Level II trauma Emergency Dept. with 13 of those beds being Peds. There are 6 trauma rooms as well as a 13 bed Rapid Evaluation Unit. Advanced EKG testing required provided by the agency through Prophecy Relias. This exam must be completed before the nurse can attend Orientation. Every other weekend and holiday. Schedule is done in 4 week blocks. Travelers work every other weekend, as well as a minimum of one Monday and one Friday in the 4 week block. The rest of the shifts are placed where our needs are the highest.
