  • Must be willing and able to float.
  • Surgical experience.
    Schedule information
  • OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x.
  • NBO: 8 hrs.
  • OT billing: if scheduled 36-40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs; if scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs.
    Unit specific information
  • N:P ratio information encouraged on work history.
  • Comfortable caring for up to 5-7 patients.
    Additional Details
  • Work history/resume and home/taxable address required.
  • Skills checklist required within 1 year of submission date.
  • License verification required.
  • References - highly preferred.
