Unit: CVICU (650)
Building/Floor/Suite information of unit: Main Bldg.
Procedures performed on unit: Post CABG, Post VAD, Post Cath with various cardiac support devices- IABP, Impella, ecmo
Dress Code: RN: Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket
Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy
Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors.
Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible.
Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited

Attendance Policies
Badging in and out for shift is required along with taking a full 30 minute lunch.
Be on time for scheduled shifts (Clock in time 6:38 am/pm, after 6:45 is considered tardy)
