Job details

COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required.
Flu vaccination will be required October through April.
Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children's prior to starting.
Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.
Job Summary: This position, in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family, coordinates and promotes patient health utilizing evidence-based practice in the delivery of professional nursing care across the care continuum.
This position advocates for the patient and family adhering to nursing and medical plans of care, regulatory standards, and organizational values.

Job requirements

Education Requirements: Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree.
