Job details
- The right candidate will have 2 years of experience and hold an active ACLS, BLS and AZ license or compact.
Job requirements
- 3, 12 hour shifts 6 am-6:30 pm plus call.
- Call -varied 6 to 10 shifts per schedule (30 minute response time required)
Schedule information
- Certs: BLS, ACLS. AZ license required for Techs
- Cases: Circulating, no Scrub
- Nurse Aides: Rad techs - Circulating and Scrub, BLS, Certified. Cover Endo and CVOR.
- Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 6-630, M-F.
- Call: 8-12 days a month depending on the month
Unit specific information
- LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE; WILL SCREEN BUSY LEVEL II
- Unit: Cath Lab
- Charge Nurse: Yes
- Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule
- Holidays: Work into rotation
- Floor specific orientation: 2 days on job
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Interventional, EP lab, peripherals, EP - cardiology and vascular, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement.
