Job Description

• General Duties:

  • Perform a wide variety of magnetic resonance exams on patients of all ages to provide physicians with diagnostic data.
  • Work under the direction of a Radiologist or Manager.

• Equipment Utilized:

  • Cerner
  • PACS system

Requirements

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in MRI.
  • Ability to operate MRI scanners (Philips, GE, Siemens).

• Certifications:

  • ARRT® or ARMRIT certification.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Schedule

• Shift: Monday-Thursday, 9 PM - 7:30 AM
• Work Alone:

  • Will work alone Monday-Wednesday from 4 AM - 7:30 AM.
  • May occasionally work alone for the entire shift if someone calls off.
• Weekends/Call: No weekends, no call required.

• Dress Code: Scrubs
• Floating: No floating to other units/departments.
• Unit/Department Training: Specific training and orientation program available.
