Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours

Required Specialty/Patient Population Skills/Experience: Neurology, Orthopedics

Required Work Setting Experience: Outpatient Clinic

Required Professional Skills and Knowledge: Home Exercise Program, Lifting and transfers, Patient family education, Scheduling appointments

Required Billing Skills/Experience: Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare A, Medicare B, Private Pay, Worker's Compensation

Required Certifications/Credentials: PTA, IL State license

Required Age specific competencies: Middle Adult and Older Adult

WebPT EHR required

EMR experience preferred
