Job Description
- 24-bed department.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in both Labor & Delivery (L&D) and Post Partum.
- RNs will care for patients during all phases of their stay from labor to mother/baby in the Family Birthing Center.
- Experience required in a similar sized L&D department performing approximately 200+ births per month.
- Must have experience circulating c-sections.
- Preference for candidates with at least 2 previous travel assignments.
- Computer charting: EPIC.
Required Qualifications
- Current Oregon RN license.
- BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross only).
- NRP certification.
- Fetal Heart Monitoring certification.
- Experience in a department with 200 births per month.
Additional Information
- The facility will provide clean scrubs, which must be changed into and out of at the facility.
- A locker will be provided for all caregivers.
- Candidates should indicate if they require time off during the contract.
- Willingness to float to assist in other areas if needed on rare occasions.
