Must be willing to float to the floor as a 1:1 sitter to supplement hours if case volume is low
Must be willing to work holidays as required

Schedule information

Shifts & Scheduling: 0645-1515 M-F, start at 6a for Open Heart Case Prep
Weeknight Call Requirements: 3-4 times per week, 1515-0645
Weekend Call Requirements: every other to every third weekend, Fri at 1515 to Mon at 0645
Holiday/Call Requirements: rotating holidays
Call response time: 15 minutes
Floating Requirements: Must be willing to cross train to other OR specialties if needed

Must have skills: Open hearts (CABG, Valve, aneurysms), thoracotomies, VATS, Convergent, AAA, carotids, ION robotic cases, ECMO, Impella 5.5, Stryker towers

Radius Rule: 50 miles AND exclusion of connection with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13-week contract)
