- Associates Degree in RN program, radiology.
- Prefer 3 years of adult Cath lab diagnostic, interventional, or EP procedures in performing scrubbing, circulating and monitoring/recording duties.
- RN licensure required.
- Requires detailed knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, disease processes and principles of cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional technology.
- Shifts: 7am - 5 pm - May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.
- On-call, weekends, and holidays may be required.
- Orientation: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
- RESPONSIBILITIES: to include Adult Cardiac Catheterization, Cardiac Devices, Electrophysiology and/or Structural Heart.
- Ensures that complete and accurate documentation is maintained.
- Ensures accurate medication, charge, and reporting accuracy of daily procedural case load.
- Respond and provide emergent care, performs administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, ensuring maintenance of equipment, and cleanliness of the lab.
- Assures preparedness of procedure rooms and compliance in accordance to PHS, Local, and Federal regulations.
- NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024).
- Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from the last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position.
- Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.
- State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice and should be paid to the state of New Mexico.
