Qualifications

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Years of Experience: 1+ year
• Float Requirements: Must float as needed

Patient Care Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care by developing nursing diagnoses and care objectives.
• Provide physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions.
• Instruct patients and families on health education and disease management.

• Maintain cooperative relationships among healthcare team members.
• Ensure a safe and healthy patient care environment.
• Document patient care services accurately.
• Promote a culture of safety and act as a patient advocate.
