Assignment Duration: 13 weeks

Shift Times: Night shift HOURS: M-F 930p-730a, Sat/Sun 830p-730a

Schedule follows a 7 on, 7 off rotation

Weekend Requirement: Every other

Holiday Requirement: Per unit need

First-Time Traveler Accepted: Yes

Block scheduling? Yes, 7 on, 7 off

Patient Mix/Skillset: The inpatient pharmacy supports our outpatient infusion department (chemotherapy and non-chemo infusions) as well as inpatient/ER

Role must be chemo-certified and able to compound hazardous and non-hazardous medication

Specific Equipment? Pyxis experience required, PharmacyOneSource experience preferred

Charting System: Epic experience required

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Green - provided while compounding

Parking: free in any unrestricted space, no pass needed

Schedule follows a 7 on, 7 off rotation
