Continuous assessment of patient hemodynamics.

Performs conscious sedation.

Mix and maintain IV/IC infusion and bolus.

Alerts Physician to changes in patient responses.

Assists Physician in interventional procedures.

Recovery of patient to Phase I.

ARRT (R), RCIS/CCI - required.

TEMP NH MIRT license in effect.

MUST be in possession of an out of state Imaging license.

NH Medical Imaging Radiation Therapy License - required.

2 separate supervisory references at submittal, MUST be from within last 3 years of employment.

On Call/Charge.

Home/taxable address is required.

Skills checklist must have been completed within 1 year of submission date.

License verification.
