Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.

Carries out functions according to hospital policy, the hospital mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines.

Directs, coordinates and delegates activities in order to foster patient/family centered care.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include: assessing the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient, planning and implementing nursing care according to patient and family needs, making appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs, evaluating patient responses to nursing interventions, and assuming personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment and professional development.

At least 1 year of experience in a Trauma Level I or II facility - Required

Must complete the McLaren Per Diem Application Questionnaire
