A large system in Nebraska/Iowa is looking for a day Med/Surg RN.
The position involves caring for adults with a small amount of pediatrics (1-5 peds a year).
Common Patient Diagnosis include post surgical, diabetes, HF, HTN, weakness, cancer.

Job requirements

Must have BLS, ACLS certifications.
RN Ratio: 5:01.
RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation.
Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.
Candidate qualifications: good attitude, positive mindset, team player, sees the value in others, cares for our patients/team members as one of your own.
