Schedule information

12 hour shifts
Shift Times: 1830-0700
Every other weekend
RN's work in a Team Model with Nursing Assistants.
Smart Square is our staffing tool using 6 week schedule periods.
Typical Orientation Period: One week per unit (2 weeks)

Staffing, Quick turnaround of patients
Post-operative patients meeting goals to be ready for discharge home. Lots of patient movement on unit, many discharges and admissions.
