- BLS, ACLS certifications required.
- BLS and ACLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health, and Safety, or American Red Cross.
- 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS - Please only submit candidates that are aware of their submission to our facility.
- 2 years experience current required in an 18 plus bed telemetry/progressive care unit required.
- Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to a fast-paced environment.
- Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
- EPIC EMR experience preferred.
- Traveler must pass the BCA testing during the first week of assignment.
- Active NM or compact license required.
- When submitting candidates include a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.
- NIHSS certifications required.
- 12-hour Days shift position - start time 0700
- 3 Weekend shifts in a 4-week scheduling period
- Shifts will be in the Emergency Department tending to Progressive Care level patients who are awaiting an inpatient bed.
- On-call and holidays may be required.
- NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024)
- Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from the last day worked to be considered for a travel position.
- State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice.
