We are a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic that offer long-term care, inpatient, skilled swing bed, outpatient, and ER services. We do not do surgery or OB. Your assessment skills and interventions help manage the multiple chronic conditions of our long term care residents; acute care skills are needed for intermittent patient medical admissions for pneumonia, COPD exacerbations, diabetes exacerbations, etc; and, yes, even ER care of patients can be a part of your day. We are a state-designated trauma receiving facility. This position is meant to assist the night charge nurse in managing the hospital patients on night shifts when staff is more limited.

Agency must sign and return the Master Staffing Agreement to the facility prior to their candidate starting.
