6 Saturday or Sunday shifts in a 6 week period

Number of Beds – 23 step down, 16 med surg
Number of Staff – Info removed
Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 charge, 11 RN, 4 PCT; Night Shift – 1 charge, 10 RN, 4 PCT
Patient Ratios – 1:3-4 Step down, 1:4-6 med surg
Type of equipment – lifts, chest tubes, cardiac drips, stable vented patients, trachs
EMR - Cerner
Typical procedures performed on unit(s): Trach care, chest tubes, wound dressing changes
