- Weekends and On-call (if any): 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule (night shift Friday/Saturday plus 2 Sundays. Day shift Saturday/Sunday plus 2 Mondays and/or Fridays). NO on call

- Number of Staff – 45
- Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 Charge, 6 RNs, 3 LNAs, 1 UC; Night Shift – 1 Charge, 6 RNs, 3 LNAs
- Patient Ratios – 1:4
- Type of equipment – 15 bedside monitors, remote telemetry
- EMR – Meditech Expanse
- Floating Area(s): IVCU, Medical, Surgical, ICU, ED holds- all patients would fit competency of RN
Unit specific information
- Patient Population: Post CABG/ open valve replacements, CHF, AFIB, post cardiac stents, post pacemakers, respiratory distress, AKI, sepsis, stroke overflow, AMS, endocarditis, ETOH withdrawal
- Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - No specific color. Clean and professional scrubs
