Preferred travel experience

Must have IL license in hand

Contract length is 13 weeks

Shifts & Scheduling: 0630-330p, 0630-500, potential for 12 hour shifts- need to discuss with management

Experience with Ortho/Neuro/vascular in main OR

Required Certifications: BLS

Must have EPIC experience

Must have IL license in hand

Scrubbing required - RN's: Yes for CV and Main OR

Charge Nurse: Yes, charge nurse

OR techs: Yes

EMR: Epic

Weeknight/Call Requirements: Could be on call most nights during the week

Weekend/Call Requirements: every or every other weekend based on needs of the unit

Holiday/Call Requirements: If the need is there, they are expected to help cover

Call response time: 45 Minutes

# Suites: 2 available, typically use one at a time

Experience: One year CVOR experience

Could be called in for main or if there is a long case and help is needed

Charge Nurse: Yes, charge nurse

OR techs: Yes

Scrub Color: Scrubs provided

Unit/Department specific orientation: 1-2 shifts on the unit

*Radius Rule: Any clinician with a permanent address within 50 miles of the facility will be offered a rate of $7.00 less than the base rate of their position.
