Job requirements
- Adult TDAP Vaccine required within 10 years of start.
- Negative 2-Step PPD, QGOLD, or TSPOT within 1 year of start.
- TB Questionnaire required within 90 days of start for positive results. Must renew annually.
- Vaccines or Medical/Religious Exemptions are required 10/1-3/31.
