Exeter Hospital will not consider anyone who has a permanent address within 50 miles of Exeter Hospital. No locals accepted. Initial Vaccination series is required. Exemptions may be approved for religious or medical reasons. At the clinical direction of a Radiologist and the administrative direction of the Director of Imaging perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures with minimum supervision. Major Responsibilities: Perform MRI procedures. Review medical record for patient history and pertinent information. Review requisition with the physician. Explain procedure to the patient. Select proper technique/protocol to obtain optimal scans. Review studies for overall quality. Organize daily work schedule and respond to emergencies as needed. Perform daily calibration check on equipment. Alert service to any equipment issues. Provide instruction to medical and hospital staff on MRI safety.

Job requirements

2+ years CURRENT MRI experience
MUST have ARRT(MR) - Required
Proficiency in using Siemens equipment - Preferred
Associates Degree minimum
Previous travel experience - Preferred
TEMP NH MIRT license in effect!!! MUST be in possession of an out of state Imaging license in order to obtain Temp.
