Float Nursing Position
Specialty: Neuro/Cardio Thoracic/MICU/Emergency Department/PACU
Years of Experience preferred: 3+
Level 1 trauma experience in an 800+ bed facility
Proficient in EPIC required (no additional training if EPIC skills exam is failed)
Specialty Skills Exams are a one-time pass/fail

Job requirements

Minimum three years RN experience
Experience with Neuro trauma and neurosurgical ICU, including EVDs, lumbar drains, post-spine surgery, craniotomy, stroke, trauma, spinal cord injury, electrolyte/lab values
Experience with Cardio Thoracic, MICU Emergency Department, and PACU for Inpatient boarders

Schedule information

13 WORKING Weeks - not considering shorter contracts
End of Week/End of Hour requirements
Required to work contracted 36 hours each week of the contract
Any required RTO must accommodate working contracted hours each week
No standard block schedules, but some scheduling needs may be accommodated
All Call outs expected to be made up at the time of call-out; Makeup shifts do not receive OT pay

Scrub Color: Royal Blue (black bottoms allowed)
We do not offer block schedules as a standard, but can often accommodate some scheduling needs
Travelers do not get a bonus
