Must be AHA.
Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RNs and LPN/LVNs.
Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement.
A physical copy of the license is not required.
HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics necessary.
Medical Imaging Contract Worker Form will be completed onsite.
Pre-hire 6 hours attestation needs to be uploaded post-completion.
