CANDITATES MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND ABLE TO QUICKLY ADAPT TO FLOAT TO INTERMEDIATE CARE- TELE, MS, SKILLED CARE, SURGICAL SERVICES AND ANY OTHER DEPARTMENT ON ANY GIVEN SHIFT AS NEEDED.
FACILITY WILL NOT TAKE LOCAL TRAVELERS (Perm address within 50 miles of facility) AT THIS TIME
PLEASE NOTE PERM ADDRESS ON PROFILE!
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). ANY REQUESTED TIME OFF FOR THE DURATION OF THIS ASSIGNMENT MUST BE NOTED AND VERIFIED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION, ANY RTO WILL NOT BE APPROVED AFTER TIME OF SUBMISSION AND SHOULD NOT BE REQUESTED BY AGENCY OR TRAVELER AT ANY POINT AFTER SUBMISSION, INCLUDING DURING INTERVIEW PER FACILITY!
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR TRAVELERS ARE AWARE.
A THREE STRIKE RULE FOR ANY CALL OFFS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED AS FOLLOWS:
After 3 call offs, a traveler’s contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance at Weirton Medical Center’s discretion
Patient Ratio: IMC 1:4 or 1:5. If covering for Med Surg unit ratios can be 1:6
Dress Code: Traveler provided scrubs/Navy Blue
Level 4 Trauma Center

Job requirements

2 Years CURRENT IMC/ CC, ED, and MS experience - Required
BSN - Preferred
Previous Travel Experience of One Plus Year - Required
