  • Travelers must be COVID vaccinated; Medical/Religious Exemptions provided upon request
  • NO Locals will be accepted if residential address resides within 60 miles of facility
  • OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x
  • May float to ALL Quad City locations: Moline, Rock Island, Bettendorf (IA), Muscatine (IA)
