Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within WellSpan guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.

<p>AHA or ARC required. AHA Provider and RQI are acceptable. AHA Instructor cards are acceptable if accompanied by a Provider card. Please refer to Unit Description/Job Description to determine if required.</p>

<p>Required within 90 days of start. Must be signed by a MD/DO, NP, or PA.</p>

<p>Candidate must review/sign.</p>

<p>Background Check: Required within 30 days of start.</p>

<p>References: 2 professional references are required within 3 years of start.</p>

<p>Required if the PA FBI Fingerprints and/or Childline Search results are pending at start.</p>
