Job Description
- Position/Specialty: MS RN
- Shift: 3x12 hour nights (7 PM - 7:30 AM), with every other weekend and holiday rotation
- Patient Ratios: 1:4 or 1:5 for 16 beds
- Charge RN Assignment: Free float or 1 patient
- Floating Requirement: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year required; first-timers accepted
- License: SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license required
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred for specific units
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred for pediatric units
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) as required
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) as required for specific units
Miscellaneous Information
- Local Radius: 60 miles; locals accepted on a case-by-case basis
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility can call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
