PCU RN for Open Heart Progressive Care (6 Front Pod B)
4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float
29 Beds- Progressive care for post-op open heart and other cardio thoracic post-surgical patient requiring cardiac monitoring. Accepts Med/Surg Overflow
Orientation held every other week on Thursday
2 Years of Experience Required
4:1 Patient Ratio
36 or 48hr contract options
Every other weekend required
Clinician can be floated within scope to meet facilities needs
Open to accommodating blocked schedule requests
100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)
36hrs guaranteed
No Holiday RTO - Must be willing to work the Holidays: Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, & New Years Day

Job requirements

PERM EMPLOYEES CANNOT RETURN AS TRAVELERS FOR 3 YEARS AFTER LAST DATE WORKED PERM.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF
Covid Vaccine required— medical/religious exemptions sent for approval on a case-by-case basis.
BLS, ACLS required
Must have chest tube insertion assistance, management and removal experience. Central line experience required. External/internal pacemakers, wound vacs experience required.
