Registered Nurse position available for Cardiac Stepdown unit. The assignment is for 13 weeks with 3x12 nights shift. 5 North/Step-down is a 20-bed (all private room) unit with a ratio of 4:1 or 5:1 depending on staffing. Patients range from pulmonary, cardiac, neuro, GI, and stable surgery patients with a risk of becoming unstable. Critical drips administered include Amiodarone, Esmolol, Insulin, Lasix, Cardizem, and Nitroglycerin. Adult med-surg, telemetry, and step-down patients are cared for based on bed availability.

Additional Details

Government issued photo ID required on person during hours of service. Residency Declaration form required if nurse is working on a compact license.
