Every other weekend

Weekends are Saturday/Sunday

1:4 ratio with 2 nurses staffed at all times

No drips

There are supervisory staff available 24/7

Yes there is a house supervisor

No CNA's or PCT's - 2 nurses at all time (regardless of census)

There is mid-level coverage

RT is available at all times

Heated high flow and CPAP on unit. No vents or trach's.

Management of the equipment is a combination of RT and Nursing.

RT performs respiratory treatments.

No reading or interpreting of strips

No monitor techs

Potential float to LDRP for newborn/pp assistance

Ratio of 1:4

One general orientation shift and three floor shifts with a preceptor on the floor; EOW and Holiday
