Schedule information
- LDRP RN - Float
- Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Mix. Mainly obstetric/neonates, hypertension, GDM, try not to deliver anyone less than 36 weeks
- Experience or 'Must have' skills: able to read and interpret fetal strips, critical thinking, follow quality metrics
- Are RNs required to titrate drips
- Common titratable &/or set rate drips: pitocin, insulin, magnesium
- Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift
- OB/Neonatologist in house 24/7: no
- Anesthesia in house 24/7: no
- RT Equipment (Vents, Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, etc.)
- What brand are the tele monitors:philips

The unit setup and the workload are so convenient. However, there is one staff in our team who is so lazy and has a toxic behavior which making our work heavier. She will comment and correct you, has an extremely high ego. But she doesn’t have a work ethics which makes her sound hypocrite.
