10 weeks - EOW; EOH; 2 years PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience required; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

EOH (Every Other Holiday)

Additional Details

Must be AHA-certified in BLS and ACLS
Nursing only - Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYS
Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required
Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine for Hepatitis B
Flu season starts Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers
Annual Fit Test required
Proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence, or verification of varicella or herpes zoster (shingles) by a healthcare provider required
Annual Health Statement or physical exam required
Tdap vaccine valid for 10 years required
Ascension-specific credentials required prior to and during assignment
